Description
Silver mounts hallmarked for London 1979, this fabulous sword stick was made by the famous James Smith & Sons of New Oxford Street London WC1. This company stopped making sword sticks in 1986, so this is one of the last made. The fullered blade is etched with the company name and address, foliate decoration and encased in a cherrywood haft with a substantial crook handle ending in a brass ferrule.
It is in superb condition.
