Reflecting the style of Metropolis, the 1920's cult classic futuristic film directed by Fritz Lang, the lamp base depicts a seated lady with bronzed finish holding a globe bulb with crackle glaze, atop a column base. Recently rewired with rocker switch. the lamp casts a good light.
